RUN, do not walk, to work with Wellmaster! I was getting really frustrated with my well/pump/control system, when I called Wellmaster. First and foremost, I was greeted like a valued customer, and within two days, I had the BEST technician, Sean, arrive. he quickly diagnosed the problem, and then the next day, Sean was back with a new control unit, which he installed quickly and professionally. I CANNOT say enough about how great Sean and Wellmster were to work with and I think I need to have Sean and Wellmaster on speed dial from now on! 2nd REVIEW - Now we had issues with the pump. Placed and the call and BOOM, Sterling, Mike and Connor show up, pull up the pump from the well, and darn it all if I dont have the best pressure in my irrigation system EVER. I tell you, these guys are BRILLIANT. Many thanks (again) for a job well done! ~ Martin B

We had our well system fail two days before leaving on a two week trip. With a horse that needs water it was imperative that the system was up and running again before we left. I called Wellmaster, and Michael Snider was dispatched within a couple of hours to troubleshoot the problem. Mike was thorough, professional and personable. Having an instrumentation background I was able to understand his diagnosis. The pump had failed. A work order was put in, an estimate emailed and agreed upon, and Mike and Kris Carter were on the job the next morning. The well system got a complete upgrade. New pump, piping, control panel, and pressure tank, and we were up and running again. The old 46 year old equipment was removed and taken away. I contacted Wellmaster Pumps recently as the previous company maintaining several well water pumps on our site could no longer provide timely service. Wellmaster Pumps responded immediately to a phone call and a tech happened to be available to be onsite the following day. Stirling diagnosed the cause of an issue that had earlier caused us to replace a pump that was still not working correctly. After my own research confirmed the replacement controller he recommended was the best solution, Wellmaster Pumps was able to replace the faulty component a few days later. Not only is the water level in that well now being maintained correctly, Stirling obviously was very knowledgeable and willingly explained the concepts, science, and operation of the equipment recommendations he made and later installed. I highly recommend Stirling and Wellmaster Pumps. ~ Alan S

These guys are great! I had a problem with my well, first i talked with them over the phone (late evening he answered his phone) and they came out the next day to assess the problem. After the problem was discovered (problem with suction line in well) they fixed the line and re primed my house to make sure there are no more problems. On a side note to this, I've probably called these guys a half dozen times since being on well water over the last 5 years to ask questions. Late night calls too, always willing to help and troubleshoot over the phone. Very happy with that service. One thing that they seem to have no interest in is trench digging. My job included digging a trench with an excavator and they couldn't even recommend somebody. I did the digging myself but was really hoping that it could have been one-stop repair. Bottom line, 5stars, thanks again Chris and Shawn ~ Tony G

Can't say enough good things about these guys! We were having serious well yield issues and as soon as Chris learned I had horses he made a special trip out after hours to see what was up. Long story short we needed a cistern to get us through the drier months (something we already suspected). They squeezed us in to their already tight schedule and we had everything up and running within two days...and this was mid July! Dan and Sean went above and beyond to answer my many questions during installation and Chris saved me close to $2500 off a prior estimate (and he had no knowledge of what the prior numbers were). I've had dealings with two other well companies and while they weren't bad, Wellmasters really stand out in my opinion with their knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, zero high sales pressure and the desire to go the extra mile to help. ~ Nicole G

If you are having problems with your well, we highly recommend Wellmaster. We got an immediate response to our inquiry - literally within 15 minutes! Eric came out on the same day that we phoned. He was both personable and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and give us a summary of what would have to be done. As soon as we decided to go ahead with their estimate, the Wellmaster crew of Mike and Cam came out the next morning. After some tricky manoeuvring of the flatbed crane truck into position, with inches to spare, they worked non-stop for hours on a very warm day and got the job done. We were very impressed and happy to have our well functioning properly again! ~ Gord H

We called Wellmaster thinking we needed a filter replaced, but when Cam came out he realized that our tank was the issue - a much bigger fix than we anticipated. Not the news we had been expecting, but the team at Wellmaster jumped into action. Sterling and Mike arrived the next day with everything necessary to install the new tank. We were up and running again in less than 24 hours. All of the technicians who helped us were polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to answer all of our questions. My well stopped working the night before I had Company coming to stay with me, I had an electrician come and tell me the problem was down the well, Wellmaster were able to come the next morning, as I had company and no water I pulled pump out myself. The prequote on my information of issue was going to cost over 5000$ but when Shawn the technician came he proved it was the torque arrester fail that caused chafing of power wires he gave me the choice of just splicing the wires back together or replace I chose to replace, cost me half of if I decided to do it myself which I would have bought a pump unnecessarily. Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Cayden answered my call immediately and very kindly managed to squeeze a same-day appointment in (despite being short staffed). Their Technician - Sterling - was extremely polite and professional - taking the time to patiently walk me through each diagnostic step and clearly explaining the process. The problem was promptly identified and resolved with (thankfully) no attempts being made at trying to "sell" me any unnecessary equipment, upgrades etc. I HIGHLY recommend Wellmaster and enormously appreciated all their help today. I highly recommend Wellmaster for their knowledge and excellent service! Two employees that particularly stood out were Caden and Sterling. Caden does customer relations and scheduling among other things. He was extremely efficient and set up a schedule for me that fit into my schedule. He was easy to contact and returned calls promptly and was able to answer all my questions. Sterling was the technician who designed the system and installed it. We were so happy with the work that Sean and Connor did for us on an emergency (no water!!!) basis. Sean is experienced, knowledgeable, skilled and lovely to have working on the property. He had the right tools for the job, clearly knew what he was doing, and his attention to detail was fantastic. Connor, the co-op student, was excellent as well. I worked with both BC Aquifer and Wellmaster on the purchase of my home and straightening out the well system. I can’t believe the level of knowledge these guys have. Figuring out the hokey previous system and architecting a brand new system of water pipes, holding tanks, and relocating the mechanisms in a place that actually makes sense in our home. Stirling and Mike H. were both exceptional; definitely request these 2! Kind, personable, and walked me through the process bit by bit, answering any questions I had. Thank you to Stirling who attended our home to take care of the annual bulb & filter change on Feb 7th. He was very courteous and did a great job. We also had two techs attend on Jan 16th on Hector Road just before the snow dump to trouble shoot low water pressure. They quickly determined the issue of a broken pipe and replaced the damaged fitting. Unfortunately I do not know their names , but we are grateful they could fit us in on short notice before we were buried in snow. We purchased a property with a well and I had some questions (okay, a lot of questions...) about how it all worked. Sean came out with Wellmaster and spent a few hours looking over everything and walking me through every piece of the equipment from start to finish. We were having problems with our shared well here in Central Saanich. We called Wellmaster for the first time. Sean Opdahl was our technician. He gave us a better option (cheaper and more effective) than we had ourselves imagined. When he came to install a float pump, he answered our questions, and he ensured that not only the pump was working but also that the pressure tank was in good working order. We can't say enough about Mike and Cam from Wellmaster who came out and work tirelessly to figure out why our water pressure had dropped to a trickle over the past couple of years. Not an easy feat when there are 3 houses to deal with on the property. We can't believe the difference now that the problem was discovered and repaired. Quick doesn't do justice to how fast our call was responded to - less than 6 hours from call to completion. The service - from our original call to completion - was very professional. from how quickly the issue was identified and resolved, how cleanly the drywall was cut + replaced to the extra information about getting the most from our cold water tank and system, I've got to say customer service was exemplary. I've been relying on Sterling to service my water system for several years, and he’s always been amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Recently, I had a couple of technicians (names unknown) come out to work on my well during some truly awful weather—cold, rainy, and just miserable conditions.
